WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION?

When completing an application for a loan, we require information regarding your income, your outgoings (split into how much you pay each month for each area like utilities, mortgage or rent, other loans, food, transport, etc.) your address, job, bank details and other details that would help us to build an accurate picture of you currently.

It is important that the information you provide is accurate as this is used to process your application.

 

DO YOU NEED TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION?

If you are approved for a loan with ourselves, then The Money Hive will ask you to provide 2 documents before they can complete the loan application and issue funds.

You will need to provide the following;

  1. Picture ID (a photo or scan of your passport or driving licence)
  2. Bank statement (a photo, scan or PDF of your latest bank statement, showing 30 days transactions)

If you are approved by one of our lending partners, please refer to their instructions on what further documentation is required.

 

WHY CAN’T I COMPLETE MY APPLICATION?

When completing the online application all mandatory fields are denoted by an * and have to be completed to process the application. If you have checked through the application and supplied information for each field but are still having problems, please contact our customer support team and they will help you through the issue.

 

HOW DO I SEND YOU MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS?

Once you have been pre-approved by us you will be sent a link to view your loan agreement document, within this Signable document you can upload or photo your support documents within the Signable app which will automatically send us the details.

If you are not able to send your supporting documents through Signable, then please email them to us at customercare@themoneyhive.co.uk and put your loan reference in the subject field.

 

WHY HAVE I BEEN ASKED TO SEND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS?

BingoLoans and The Money Hive Limited are responsible when it comes to lending, we ask for supporting documents for additional identity checks and income validation before lending. This way we can make sure that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are able to repay the loan.

 

HOW DO I GET MY BANK STATEMENTS TO YOU?

If you are receiving your monthly bank statements through the post just take a photo or scan of your latest statement making sure that all information is clear, including your name, address, sort code, account number and at least 28 days worth of transactions.

If you only view your statement online or through your banking app, you’ll need to download your latest statement as a PDF and send us that copy.

We cannot accept a screen shot from your banking app, sorry.
