IS YOUR SERVICE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS?

We offer an online service which is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. There are times when your loan transfer may take more than expected, this may be down to weekend backlogs or bank holidays.

 

HOW CAN I GIVE FEEDBACK REGARDING YOUR SERVICE?

HOW CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT?

You may report complaints in reference to BingoLoans, services, or policies via email, or in writing. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will do our best to resolve your problem quickly. If we cannot do this, we will send you prompt acknowledgement of your complaint with information of who is dealing with it. If you are not satisfied, you can then appeal the decision – here we ask that you please state your objections and any new evidence to be considered. In receipt of our final response, we will include information about the Financial Ombudsman Service, which you can use to assist you if you decide to pursue further action.

 

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY DEBIT CARD DETAILS?

When you apply for a loan, we ask you for your debit card details for 2 reasons;

  1. For security, we take your security very seriously and look to validate details at every available opportunity, this reduces the fraud risk for you and ourselves.
  2. Our encrypted payment gateway provider holds the details of your debit card to take repayments for your loan. This data is held securely and in compliance with the PCI DSS v2 guidelines. These require that:

HOW DO I REPORT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TO YOU?

Firstly, Internet crimes and Fraud should be reported via the Police Action Fraud Website.

If you think that your personal details have been used to take a loan out with us fraudulently then you must inform your bank immediately and let them know about the potential theft of your personal information.

Contact us immediately and we’ll investigate internally.

Please note that false claims of fraud can, if convicted, lead to fines and/or imprisonment. It’s important that you only report fraud if you are sure it has or is taking place.
